Ginger L. Gonzales-Sotelo is a partner with Pahl & McCay. Her areas of concentration include Commercial Litigation and Business Litigation, focusing on Real Estate and financial institution matters. Ms. Sotelo also has extensive operational and transactional experience in many facets of commercial Real Estate, including development, leasing, finance, and operations.
Ms. Sotelo graduated from San Jose State University in 1997 with a degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a minor in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor in 2000 from Loyola Law School. Ms. Sotelo is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar, serves as a director for both the Commercial Real Estate Women – Silicon Valley and the University Preparatory Academy Foundation, is a member of the International Factoring Association, and was formerly a Santa Clara County Human Relations Commissioner.
Ms. Sotelo is admitted to practice in the State of California.
