Biography
As a partner of the firm, Mr. Horton emphasizes labor and employment law representing management, business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property and insurance coverage. Mr. Horton received his law degree in 1985, with distinction, from the University of Iowa, where he was a published member of the Journal of Corporation Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985, and to the Colorado State Bar in 1986. Mr. Horton serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and he is a former member and co-chair of the Judiciary Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Mr. Horton served in the U.S. Navy between 1976 and 1980.
