Ms. Shah received her bachelors degree in Economics from Gujarat University, India, where she was educated at St. Xavier’s College of Arts. She received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Gujarat University, India, in 1993. Ms. Shah worked as an attorney with a consumer organization in Ahmedabad, India, before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, California, in 1998.
